Spacious and clean room, close to Galaxy Mall. Affordable and reasonably priced. Local and international buffet for breakfast. Liquor store available in the hotel lobby

I really like staying here, the room is nice and clean, all the staff are very friendly and very helpful, a staff member named Farah also helped me very kindly and even provided very detailed information, my holiday in Surabaya was very enjoyable.

I am Accor Platinum member. Had a staycationn at here for 3 days with my family. Last time I here was on Eid Mubarak last year and surprisingly all their services still as good as before! My reservation was confirmed by their guest relation Ms. Alicia, she handled all my request to have an upgrade and same floor with my sister's room . Checkin process also handled by her, she greet and still recognize me. During my stay she also help me a lot! Also their restaurant staff who assist me during breakfast, Mr. Dami and Mr.Nelvin . Thankyou for your services! Overall, will comeback for another stay at Novotel Samator! Thankyou Novotel Samator!

A place for bussiness, peace and Tranquility

When I started enter the lobby, warm welcome from the staff, good vibes of the public areas. We requested for a room with more sunshine, and we got exactly what we wanted. We also would like to give credit to the restaurant staff. And the bar was Magnificent. We absolutely love the food at the damsole, from the cheesy pizza, the soup buntut that we ordered from room service, and the wonderful breakfast from the food exchange. The option of having buffet plus indomie is just pure jenius. Novotel samator, thank you for having us, and we made the right decision to stay at your hotel. We really didnt want to leave! Without a doubt eka damsole is the best barman
